The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs through a media report has welcomed the military attack of Western countries against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, calling this attack a “appropriate response”.
The US-led attacks, with support from Great Britain and France, came after last week's chemical attack on Douma.
According to Turkey, this attack against civilians should be punished and assessed as an attack on humanity.
The Syrian government has described the attack as being mounted, while its ally Russia said it was realised with the help of Great Britain, the BBC writes.
