Trajkovic, in an interview for FoNet, has estimated that, during the recent arrest of Marko Djuric in Mitrovica and his expulsion from Kosovo, excessive force has been used, but that “people are not clear what happened”.
“Serbs were afraid, saw that someone was getting beaten, that they entered the hall, and pulled the representative of the Serbian state into the streets of Pristina, as if they were lynching”, explained Trajkovic, stressing that the goal was the “to further untangonize Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo and to encourage hatred of Serbia”, Telegraphed.
She thinks that recently many things for Kosovo “are negotiating behind the scenes and that it is incredible that the case in Mitrovica is not like that”.
Asked who is making such agreements, Trajkovic said “President Vuciq and Mr Hashim Thaci”, “for the difference that the recent intervention was organised by Kadri Veselin and Hashim Thaci”.
“The police structures that conducted this action are under the direct control of Kosovo President”, Trajkoviq claims, but adds that Ramush Haradinaj was against him.
“Belgrade agrees because the promise is given (Angela) Merkel that it will soon come up with a legal agreement which public opinion in Serbia does not accept” Trajkovic explained.
“
Trajkovic thinks MPs will not leave the Kosovo government because “Haradinaj is already negotiating with other Serbs who would take their seats, and they will not leave”.
When asked if Pristina, in the police action in Mitrovica, Trajkovovic said she is pragmaticly thinking about it.
The Brussels Agreement was signed, integration was accepted, Serbian delegates and deputies were elected according to Kosovo laws, they must respect the Constitution”, Trajkovic said, and said they cannot act beyond what has been signed.
She fears that Pristina's future action may be taking Gazivoda and recalls that “on the energy issue has not been reached in Brussels, but if viewed institutionally, it is the territory of Kosovo”.
Trajkovovic warns that partitioning Kosovo would be the worst solution meant to destabilise the region and, of course, Serbia.
The warning of Kosovo Serb leaders, as of April 20th, will begin establishing the Association of Serbian municipalities without Pristina, Trajkovic compares this to the Serbian “Kraine” in Croatia, which would end up there.
