The UN Security Council today at Russia's request will also hold an urgent meeting whose theme is the threat of world peace because of the possibility of US air strikes and allies in Syria, the AP broadcast.
Russia, with the support of China and Bolivia, is claimed to have demanded that UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres report to the Security Council, but the AP adds that in his plan of official obligations, which was released last night, this cited report. The agency claims it is not clear who can address the UN Security Council instead of Guterres.
