Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj can go to this summit, but it is reportedly not allowed to attend two leaders from one state.
From the prime minister's office, for Koha.net have said they cannot confirm whether Ramush Haradinaj will be a participant, but that for them, Kosovo's participation remains good news.
On the official site of the Sofia Summit, it has become known that Sam may attend: Heads of state or government from EU member states.
The meeting, which will be held in Sofia, is organised by Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borisov, who currently holds the presidency of the Council, broadcasts Koha.net.
European Council President Donald Tusk will chair the meeting, which together with European Commission President Jean-Claudide Juncker, will represent the EU.
Present, European Union for Foreign Policy and Security High Representative Federica Mogherini and Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn are also expected.
We remember that Kosovo was a topic of discussion on this summit for five EU states, such as Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Slovakia and Spain, which have not recognised Kosovo's independence.
