President Hashim Thaci has used for the second time this year, the right given to the Constitution, forgiving 14 persons for several years in prison.

Among the pardoned is a person not a little known to Thaci. The president chose to pardon his family's son-in-law, Hasan Raracin, convicted of two murders in Kline, reports T7.

He turns out to be the husband of his uncle's daughter, Halime Raracit. Safe sources of Television 7 have shown that Halima is Thaci's bodyguard sister, Hisni Thaci, sentenced for war crimes in the Drenica case.

Of the 14 pardoned persons, the president has even pardoned his son - in - law for the most part three years, while he has forgiven others for two years and six months.

Hasan Raraci had committed two homicides not a bit serious. In 2008 he had killed in his own backyard, his 15-year-old daughter.

The reason for his daughter's murder was his suspicion that she had dealings with his distant cousin Mensur Raracin.

Raci had been sentenced to only two years in prison for this work. Surprisingly, he had not suffered all the sentence pronounced by the Court by spending just six months in prison.

The day he was out of prison, he killed his 21-year-old cousin Mensur Racin in the middle of the city of Kline. The Court of Second Crimes pronounced him 19 years in prison.

The president has forgiven this handbill that turns out to be the son-in-law of the Thaci family, three years of prison.

On the day he heard of his apology, Mensur's father said he felt like the day he buried his son 21.

Indignant with the president's decision, he believes that the handover ties with Thaci's family by Skywright's Bureau have influenced him to be pardoned three years of prison.

Television 7 has tried talking to Hasan Rarac's family in Kline, but they have not responded to the TV team's visit to their home.

The evening of December 17, 2008 Hasan Racy had returned to his home in Cline after earlier announced that his daughter Leonora had left home for hours.

Upon returning he had waited for him in the courtyard, asking where he had been until then.

It is believed that a verbal conflict had arisen between them and that 15 - year - old Leonora, a 9th - grade student, had offended her father by heaping reproach and spit on her face.

There Racy had pulled his gun out of his belt and shot him six times in the body of his daughter, leaving him dead.

He had immediately boarded his car and surrendered to the police.

According to the District Court Act in Pec, which provided Television 7, the court had estimated that Hasan Racci had committed the murder in a state of substantial mental effect and therefore the sentence pronounced on him was only 2 years in prison.

Three doctors, mental health experts, had reported in court that the suspect has quick impulsive reactions and that he manifested poor self-control.

The act of killing her daughter had not even opposed her mother, Halime Racci, who in court of law had said that the insulting words Leonora had said to her father would not have endured either.

She in court had not sought prosecution or compensation from her husband, rather she had declared that she would still live with her in family communities.

Surprisingly, Hasan Racic had spent only six months in custody and was left to defend himself in freedom on the day when the Court had declared the case of his daughter's murder.

Just two months after being released from prison, Hasan Racy had learned from his son that he suspected Leonora had been about his cousin Mensur.

So on the morning of September 16, 2009, with these doubts and the purpose of revenge for the death of his own daughter, Hasan Racy, follows his cousin Mensur and close to Kline's Municipal Assembly, in his taxi parking lot shoots several times in his direction, and the moment his 21-year-old gets on the ground he comes up and shoots a few more times, leaving him with 8 bullets in his body.

The court in 2010 had sentenced Racci to a unique sentence of 19 years and six months in prison for murder and illegal weapons.

Raci's two crimes had been committed by illegal weapons you carried into his belt, as he said. The search for intimate ties between cousins remained unclear to Mensur's father.

Sheremet's pain for his 21-year-old son, an excellent student of the economic faculty in Pec, has returned as when he lost it when he learned of the pardon the president gave him.

Hasan Racic has so far served nine years of his sentence, while the president forgave three more.
