Driton Selmanaj, deputy of this party, has said that the Investigative Commission for the dismissal of President Thaci will argue his involvement, in what he called “violation of sovereignty”, in the case of the deportation of six persons suspected of links to the Fetullah Gylen.
Police Director Shpend Maxhun's “Visits to President Thaci, protecting the AKI director, Driton Gashi, Erdogan's thanks to Thaci”, are just some of the things the president's involvement in their arrest.
“We have seen that there have been visits to the police director's office, the protection of the AKI director, Erdogan's thanks to President Thaci. These are the tasks of the investigative Commission for whitening this case”, Selmanaj has said insider.
Selmanaj added that in addition to political responsibility, there will also be criminal responsibility, ahead of the law in Kosovo.
“Apart from political responsibility will bring criminal responsibility, other than political responsibility. It is a very rigid measure for his dismissal, and especially when it is known that President Thaci leaves no trace to the things he makes to”, Selmanaj said.
He believes that at the moment the president has violated the Constitutions, they will also have the AAK support and the Social Democrat Initiative, parties which together with the PDK govern with the country.
For him, if their support doesn't exist, then they'll be shown as an antistate party.
“I believe even the parties that are in the coalition with the PDK will decide in favour of voting his dismissal. That's because if the Constitutional Court decides that he has violated the Constitution then they should not become part of the constitutional offenders. And if they decide not to support his dismissal, then these parties will come up with constitutional anti-Reliance”, Selmanaj has said.
