But according to Thermokos regulations, the heating season begins on October 15th and ends on April 15th of the following year.
Based on the legal acts in force, depending on climate conditions, the heating season can be reduced or extended.
If climate conditions are favourable, the heating season may begin after 15 October or end before April 15th the following year. On the contrary, in cases where low temperatures reign for three days before the legal deadline for the start of the heat season or the cold weather continues after 15 April, under some preconditions with legal acts in force is allowed extraordinary heating supplies from October 1st to April 30th: this regulation is said.
