I have given my position on the Law on Teachers. A document when it fails to meet conditions should not even come to question Government. I know my attitude is not very populist, but I'm not about to become populist. I'm here to protect the state of”, Hamza said at the conference organised by the Public Administration Ministry.
Meanwhile, Hamza has also expressed a concern over the danger this law poses if approved in the Assembly. According to him, such laws stemming from social pressures and immediate decisions endanger the budget.
This law has a risk, I say. It's a risk of becoming a precedent. Social pressures and ad hoc decisions” are most at risk for the budget, he added.
Haradinaj, meanwhile, has expressed his support for this law after promising that he would recognise the contribution of teachers of the 1990s.
Otherwise, after voting on this law in Government, there have been harsh reactions from coalition partners. It had been Minister Hamza himself who voted against the government and expressed concern for the state budget.
