Tahiri: Serbian List Members Must Be Downloaded

Following the arrest of Chief of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government Marko Djuric, by Kosovo police, the Serbian List made a decision to come out of “the Haradinaj” government. But their decision seems to be nowhere, as in their ministerial positions they still figure out their names.

Analyst Ramush Tahiri has said that an official letter must be written to leave these positions for the Government to leave.

The directory is clear about coming and not coming to work. I have not seen any written letters sent to the prime minister that release government positions. They have sent no list of names that say they come out of the government from this date and stop fulfilling their obligations. It's meant to be a procedure, and from that day on, the deputy ministers are in charge. But they are once going to the meeting no, they are not giving the votes”, Tahiri said.

He also said that Serbian ministers should be fired for not going to work and that they have left the government only politically, but not legally.

“They must be downloaded from their positions because they are not going to work. The prime minister has not released them from office, from mandate and they have said they are coming out, but not every single minister, but has said the Serbian List on their behalf”, Tahiri concluded. /indysonline/
