Through a media communiqué, it becomes known that, “ment of the University of Pristina éhasan Pristinaʹ, informs you that immediately after the first reports concerning the phenomenon of sexual harassment at the UPHP, we have invited academic staff from the programme for Studies and Gender Surveys to the UPHP, to form a working group for handling this”.
Further in the communiqué it is said that the working group in the coming days will come up with concrete plans to draft policies and action plan in addressing and dealing with the phenomenon of sexual harassment within the University of Pristina “hasan Pristina”.
Also, on the agenda of the UPHP Steering Council's meeting, envisioned tomorrow at 1500 p.m., point 2 envisions reviewing mechanisms for addressing and preventing sexual harassment. After the meeting, The KD will come up with a media communiqué regarding the issue.
