Pristina's former inspectors during the trial process were declared innocent.
In this trial process Ismet Haliti, Skender Canolli, Blerina Syla, Vehbi Abdullah, Blerim Ibishi, Ardian Muhadri, Arbenita Ajeti, Mergim Shala, Granit Cenya and Drita Rukiqi are accused of not preventing and interrupting illegal constructions in Pristina.

According to the indictment, Chief Inspector Ismet Haliti and accused Skender Canoli, Vehbi Abdullah, Drita Rukiqi, Blerina Syla, Blerim Ibishi, Ardian Muhadri, Arbenita Ajeti, Mergim Shala and Granit Cena in the quality of official persons at the Construction Inspection Directorate in Pristina, in the January 2010 period of January 2010, with the intent to benefit rich, with the intent of failing to fulfill their official duty, so they have not prevented the construction and the construction of cases.

The prosecution also claims that the defendants have not executed decisions on the destruction of objects that were illegally built in Pristina's municipality territory, acting as a criminal group that has exploited their official position for committing criminal acts.
