The country's next meeting of the largest public university was also discussed on the issue of employing other people on increased academic staff, which heated debate was held.
Pristina University needs 300 people as part of the academic staff, but will be forced to announce competitions only for 62 people. This is because the biggest public university in the country does not have enough budgets for as many as it needs to employ.
The decision to do so was made at the next meeting, after discussing 13 points of the agenda and after a heated debate on the issue.
The faculty Deans, in this case, have described the situation as alarming, warning the closure of some study programmes, such as energy at the Technical Faculty.
