Sharri County was usurped by the prime minister, commanders, MPs

On May 1st, on Workers' Day, the Parliament of the Central Council for the Protection of Workers' Rights and the National Society “Sharri”, has warned the protest starting at 12: 00 p.m., in order to reject the form of illegal privatisation that has been done to the company.

According to them, the only requirement is that the “combination is Sharri”, the statute turns into a stock society and 1876 workers return to work.

The highest representative of four companies “imeto”, “Salonite”, “Lepenci” and “Silkapori”, Xhedin Laci, through an interview given to KosovoPress, has called on all workers of the “plant Sharri” to massively respond to this protest.

According to him, the former AKM, now AKP and the High Liquidation Agency, is holding these four units of the <x0 plant hostage. Sharri”

Our purpose for this protest on May 1, 2018 is to once again appeal to the workers of the éSharriêt é Shaharı from the four working units, the cementores, the é Saloninit, the réLepencit; and é Silkaporit), that we should all go out together and protest in spontaneous form against the form of illegal privatisation that the former AKM, The AKP and the Supreme Elimination Authority are keeping the plant '%Sharı plants occupied. There is no behind and there is no former AKM argument, nor the AKP, nor the High Liquidation Authority for how they are called that we have made privatisation legally. For us employees of the nation's kharria has been lying since the beginning that we workers of the CHAharia plant have the status of the action society”, he said.

According to him, the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo (BSPK) has manipulated this action society.

Laci has further accused former BSPK chief prosecutor Haxhi Arifin of neglecting the nation's statute “Sharri”

“We were deeply betrayed after the war, entrusting ourselves to the top unionists, to some chiefs, to some directors who were involved in organised crime and manipulated with 1876 workers in the worst form and freely I can say our bosses, our top unionists in charge of the former BSPK chief union, Mr. Haxhi Arifin, that our case that has been manipulated and has neglected that the charter of the action society is unique. We are not against privatisation, the form of privatisation by the Kosovar Privatisation Agency, but we are against the illegal form that the nation “Sharri” does not have a social enterprise statute, but has the statute of the action society”, he said.

For “workers Sharrit”, Laci says the former Kosovar Trust Agency, now the Kosovo Privatisation Agency and the High Authority of Liquidim, have made privatisation on privatisation.

For the situation in which these four factories are located, Xhedina Laci blames even the highest heads of state, as he calls the great <x0-weights”.

He has appealed to the country's highest institutions that “stop taking care of this action society”.

Our backgrounds have usurped the great balances, they're, I say, freely, commanders, they're ministers, they're deputies, the trust comes out to the prime minister. No privatisation on privatisation can be done, not in Kosovo, but anywhere in the world... According to him, the case has also been presented to local and international courts and prosecutors, but they have never received an answer.

Lacey further said they would never stop looking for their right to the “plant. Sharri” tou return the statute as an action society.

He has announced that the protest warned on May 1st 2018 will be held starting at 12: 00 p.m. in front of the factory gate “imeto” in Han, Elez.

Otherwise, the workers of the “plant Sharri” since 2010, on May 1st, they protest their only request to return the statute as a stock society.
