Serbian media: Americans, Albanians preparing military action to bring Kosovo north under control

The report further says that “simultaneously with the preparation of the northern Kosovo invasion, the West sends a clear message to Belgrade about what can happen if it is not co-operative”.

The only thing that the Americans push this plan on is the fear that Vuciq will immediately send the army to Kosovo and that the army may have significant support from Russia”, the Serbian media quoted, a senior Western diplomat, who, according to Serbs, insisted on anonymity, records Telegrafi.

While no one in the head of the state has wanted to comment on these “revelations”, Serbian security expert Milani Petric shows that pressure orchestrated on Serbia came after she firmly demanded the formation of the Serbian Communists Association.

“Everything that has happened in recent days is an attempt to discipline Serbia and President Vuciq, who dared to demand that Pristina eventually fulfil its obligations, under the Brussels agreement. Serbia became clear that it must remain silent because it can sink. ROSU's action in northern Kosovo was a touch of the ground. It was an attempt at intimidation and a political maneuver whose goal was to avoid forming association. They calculated Belgrade's mistake, but Pristina made a mistake in account. Thaci and Haradinaj are aware that without Western military support, they can do nothing in northern Kosovo”, Petric said.

Former senior Serbian Intelligence Service officer Luban Karan estimates that we are dealing with an orchestrated campaign to pressure the Serbian government with the goal of changing state policy.

“By provoking a controlled chaos in several crisis areas simultaneously, the West wants to create confusion and force Belgrade to take the wrong step. In parallel, data from the privacy of individual individuals, above all, is collected for Vucinqi, so that with an eventual compromise it can become personal pressure on it. This hybrid war will last for a period and if it doesn't show results, then we can expect a more aggressive approach to northern Kosovo, including the activism of the military forces”, Karan says.
