Driton Selmanaj from the LDK said Mustafa has returned to Kosovo, but he is still not ready in his full capacity to return to politics, writes Rtv21.tv.tv.
Selmanaj hopes Mustafa's return to political commitments is a matter of days, while for other political parties.
Selmanaj stated that it was their decision to delegate whom they delegate, and that he believes the parties have sent their representatives more dignified.
