UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has spoken at the start of the meeting about the situation created in Syria, where the US, Great Britain and France attacked the Assad regime.
He called on all security council members to show restraint and avoid further escalation in Syria.
He said the organisation's inspectors for stopping chemical weapons (OPCË) are in Syria and are ready to inspect last Saturday's chemical attack site near Damascus.
We remember that Saturday morning, the United States, Great Britain and France attacked Assad's regime after allegedly Assad used chemical weapons against its citizens. The meeting at OKb is continuing.
