SBASK is determined to prevent testing P ISA if before Friday the government does not proceed to the Parliament the 90s Teaching Bill, writes Koha Ditore today.
Government spokeswoman Donjet Gashi has said the government is committed to finding a solution to the Union's demands as soon as possible, but has not indicated when that will happen.
Educators view it as a major failure if not tested P ISA, due to the SBASK strike.
