He said that “the launch of air strikes for the alleged chemical attack in Syria could trigger war between the two countries”.
Russian Ambassador to the UN Nebenzi said it is urgent to prevent the threat of war.
The request to prevent military action, Nebenzi also addressed the US allies.
Western powers are supposed to prepare for attacks, but Russia opposes such an act.
