Russia wants a UN Security Council meeting to discuss the issue of poisoning former Agent Sergei Scripal and his daughter, as tensions rise over the use of chemical agents in British territory.
Russian Ambassador to the UN Vassilily Nebenzia requested that this meeting be held today at noon in New York.
Moscow wants to have access to the investigative materials London has on this issue, as well as wants to have its experts involved in investigating this attack, which Great Britain has accused Russia of, Aess follows.
