“The current state of relations between Russia and Montenegro undoubtedly does not correspond to the long tradition of brotherly relations and spiritual equity among our nations”, Putin told a Montenegrin envoy during a ceremony in the Kremlin, where new ambassadors of foreign countries in Moscow handed over the credentials to the Russian president.
Putin said Russia is committed to developing ties with Montenegro to “mutually useful”.
