Prosecutors don't have the courage to take over the case of Saba

Three days after Pristina's Founding Prosecutor, the Department of Criminals, had closed the investigation into the State Chief Prosecutor Alexander Lumezi's Jurispence Bureau file, police had filed criminal speculation against Enver Hasani. Kosovo police, through Lieutenant Avni Namani and investigative police live Maxhuni, initiated speculation against Hasan for false announcements, based on Article 390 of the Republic of Kosovo's Criminal Code, KTV reports.
But since that day, criminal speculation continues to remain in Pristina's Founding Prosecutor's Writings, since some prosecutors have refused to take it under investigation.
By lots, the subject for the first time had been divided to prosecutor Merita Shala, who after several months had applied for release on the pretext that her father, Sahit Shala, had been involved in the investigation into Alexander Lumez's manipulated law enforcement file.
Kohavision has managed to see the file handed down by Kosovo Police, among which there is the second refusal to take the course from the new prosecutor, who was director of the Prosecutor's Office of Disciplinary Zef Prendrecaj.
On February 14th, the subject had been divided to the Prendrecates, but he has sought release from it with the reason that the subject is old, since its registration date is older than his decree as prosecutor.
Prendrecaj has been summoned to Article 6. 3 of this regulation, which makes it clear that the <x0-doctors with the initial mandate will be tasked only with new”, so according to him, disrespecting this regulation can cost by disciplinary measures.
Kohavision has tried to establish contact with the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, from which it has only managed to confirm that the subject is prepared for division, and on Tuesday, another prosecutor is expected to be appointed.
The disparagement of the course for more than five months also conflicts with the Code of Criminal Procedure, where Article 82, which speaks of the launching of the police criminal threat, sets the 30-day deadline when the action should be carried out.
This even contradicts the decision of the chief state prosecutor of April 29, 2016, through which he had imposed all state prosecutors on the three-month-long criminal confession to issue a verdict to start the investigation if the same criminal charges were not rejected.
But, at the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, they say they have not violated the deadlines, as they declare that this Prosecutor is an exception.
However, the work the former Constitutional head, Enver Hasani, who is reporting or false connoisseur, is sentenced to fine or imprisonment of three months to three years.
