The prosecution knew from the beginning that the “Proto” could not be followed for corruption.

The State Prosecutor has known from the beginning of the investigation that members of the clan “Proto” cannot pursue corruption.

It was a little over a year from the prescription of two criminal acts when the State Prosecutor was out in communiqué than the former delegation. The PDK, Adem Grabovci, and other officials who are mainly part of the PDK are being investigated for misuse of official duty and influence, writes Koha Ditore today.

But about a year after the two works the PSH had announced were investigating this group were prewritten. That's because since the lines of the relationship have occurred “Proto” in force was the old Penal Code. Both works with the Old Code have been punishable for up to three years, while in the new Code they are punishable by 5 years, respectively. Since the prosecution is used to favourable sentence, the PSH has known since 2016 these works would be advanced for trial.

The work that 11 officials and officials linked to the PDK are currently being accused of is violating the equal status of Kosovo citizens and residents in co-ordination.
