Attention to government budgetary spending, labour market incompatibilities with the education system and the lack of foreign investments, has attracted the European Commission's report released days ago.
Kosovo is estimated to be in the early phase of developing a real market economy, Koha Ditore writes today.
In budgetary issues, concern for the EC remains large expenses for covering war veterans' pensions.
The report estimates that the issue of budgetary overload from this cost has not been addressed by institutions, while with the remaining process of half the veterans' ranking, it is estimated that the amount allocated to this end will not be enough to cover all costs for this year.
