Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has called an incident in Germany terrible, where three people died. Among the dead was a 48-year-old who allegedly drove into the crowd.
“I was affected by the terrible attack on Germany's Münster, Haradinaj says.
“We are close to the people and the German government in these difficult moments and share the pain with the families of the victims, he writes on Facebook.
According to German media, the case is not being described as terrorist because the driver who caused the attack had psychic problems.
