This law defines 15 years as the minimum limit for recognising the payment period to benefit full pension.
But, Fatmir Bajrami, who worked as a cameraman at the formerRadio Television in Pristina since 1974 to 1990 when he was fired violently, for two months he could not enjoy his retirement.
He now receives only 75 euros of basic pension, while close to 15 years of contribution went missed.
He has not left a corresponding institution where he has not complained, but nothing has changed in his favor.
Finally, he has also exercised indictments against the Labour Ministry by calling into Administrative Guide, which he says this minister is violating.
According to him, for a year's worth of contributions because he went to the military, this administrative instruction allows him to recognise pension rights, KTV reports.
Change of this law is being demanded by other retired Fatmir colleagues, who say it is unfair for many who worked for years, for a few months or a year, not to be recognized.
In the Ministry of Labour and Social Management, they say that in many countries around the world it is defined for as many years as Kosovo, recognition of work experience.
Nevertheless, pension department officials are planning to include this issue in pension reform in order to find a favourable solution.
Pension director Bahri Xhaferi, the proposal is to make a kind of escalation of percentages according to working years.
However, Xhaferi says that through Administrative Guide, which is currently in force, it has made it easier for pensioners to witness their experience by presenting various documents.
According to him, the number of pensioners, which currently stands at 43 thousand, would be significantly smaller.
