Serb parallel structures in the north continue to challenge the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, exercising their functioning in that part without any problems.
That's what's happening with the Office of the Pensioning-Invaldor Security Centre of the Republic of Serbia (PIO) in northern Mitrovica, which is distributing applications these days for a category of Kosovo police members who will be able to benefit from pensions even from Serbia.
Kosovo sources within this office have indicated that all of this is happening so that Serb police officers under the uniform of Kosovo institutions are more easily subject to orders from Serbia whenever there is a need.
Kosovaress has managed to secure the apps of this office, on whose forehead in Cyrillic alphabet writes “The republican fund for pension and disability security é Filila for the city of Belgrade”.
A little further down, writes “The request for absorption of special pension rights under the ordinance about implementing special rights for former employees at the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the territory of the Kosovo Autonomous District and Metohija”.
Kosova Prees has reported on Thursday that the number of Kosovo police officers of Serbian nationalism who are being notified at this office to be beneficiaries of these pensions is huge.
The application for the interested officers started on the 10th of this month and will last until April 23rd, while the pension sum for a month that will benefit a policeman is worth 36 thousand to 40 thousand dinars, which is about 300 to 350 euros.
The Kosovo News Agency Prres has tried to contact almost all day with Dula Compiroviq, director of the Pensional-Invaldor Security Centre near the Republic of Serbia (PIO) north of Mitrovica, but this has been impossible, while impossible has been contact with police in the north.
