The architects of the engineers who have gathered at the Construction Conference have discussed problems of architectural identity in Kosovo.
After discussing Kosovo's architectural identifying facilities and problems facing the construction sector, the city's architect was highlighted among the key needs, writes construction.info.
The first panel stressed that one of the main construction problems in the country is the non-technical control of obckets, underlining that many objects are released into use without access to liquidation and emergency cases.
The head of the Kosovo architects' Association, Astrit Nija, said no one handles the internal content of the obckets, and only the size issue is issued, but is not controlled by how it is exploited.
According to him, no one handles the problem at first but is allowed to be treated along the way.
Nexha also received recommendation for the Pristina municipality.
Don't give me credit without technical control. You as the Communists tell me there are no loans from banks if they don't accept technical control, they have to take over for sale. We're all in politics and business”, he stressed.
On the other hand, Urbanism Director in the Pristina municipality Ardian Oluri until showing how much permission for use has been granted, stressed that construction is being done in opposition to projects.
“Only 74 applications for permission to use because construction is being made at the client end of the project. The municipality lacks the capacity of the institution to control the quality”, he claimed.
The architect from Montenegro, Salvation Maraja underlined the importance of the city's architect, taking example those in Montenegro.
The city's “Archoctek is tasked with seeing the object's facade and putting it in the parcel. If you don't make the decision, the ideal project cannot continue. The city's architect is very important”, he said.
Albanian architects and engineers are participating in the conference, as well as representatives of local institutions.
