The Kosovo government has approved the draft concept of the document for the special Chamber of the Supreme Court.
Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri said this document concept was preceded by the government's 2018 work plan.
This special chamber holds hundreds of millions of euros out of privatisation hostage and that the adoption of this draft will increase functionalisation and work on this court and that it will manage to unblock privatisation money and also connect to the end of EULEX's mandate, as after June 14th it will do so with EULEX court.
The government has also appointed Kosovo's General Director of the Justice Ministry, Nehat Thaci, for a three-year term.
