“Today, it has been 10 years since the Kosovo Constitution was adopted, which is a copy of the principles of Pako of Ahtisaari. In terms of praise and pride for the constitution, we as a society should be aware that most of the problems Kosovo today has in its functioning are constitutional”, Murati has said.
According to him, above all constitutional and legal privileges for the Serb minority, which have a blocking and blackmailing nature, are the foundation of the Kosovo state's dysfunction.
The political and judicial process, which we must admit is not easy at all, which would lead to change of this constitution is the foundation of the complete establishment of the sovereignty of the state of Kosovo”, Murati has said.
