According to Moliqaj, this is a practice of governments which are initially destroying public enterprises to lower their value and then sell them, writes Periscopi.
Almost all public and social enterprises in Kosovo have initially been deliberately destroyed to lose value and then sold (read: forgive). The same is happening now with PTK, which from a profitable company, became a company that does not cover its own expenses”, Moliqaj wrote, Periscope reports.
Moliqaj has criticised the way public companies are privatised.

Meanwhile Agron Demi, from the GAP institute in a reaction, has pointed his finger at Besim Beqaj's The PDK, saying it is responsible for PTK's bankruptcy./Periscope. /
