Economic Development Minister Valdrin Luka, through a post in his Facebook profile, has spoken of the importance of integrating the Government into the “new Kosovo”.
Luka has written that the “New Kosovo thermal power plant, not only with the Kosovo Energy Strategy, but also in the World Bank's financial strategies, then even EU policies, is considered a necessary exception for Kosovo, taking on the basis of numerous studies that have been done.
