Emmanuel Macron has said political divisions in Europe are like civil war and has called for increased care from liberalism on the continent, writes Periscope.
In the first speech given in the European Parliament, the French president has sought to protect liberal European democracy that has offered protection of minority rights, and has attacked those who are leaving the EU to pursue fabulously, with a passing mention of Brex.
