I expect the support of all those deputies who, before party interests, have state interests. I think very clear is our position, from tomorrow we go back to the”, said Dragan Danev, VMRO-DPMNE deputy.
The LSDM, the initiative for no-confidence motion, sees it as an opportunity to show the Government's recent achievements.
If this is the big door the V claims for MRO- DPMNE with the return to the Assembly, then we are really desperate. But anyway, the initiative is legitimate. The same enables us to reaffirm all the positive policies of this 10-month government”, said Tomislav Tuntev, LSDM deputy.
The Besa Movement as a parliamentary group will not support the motion.
“It is understood that we will not support this motion of confidence in the Government, even though we have our specific remarks about the current functioning of Government”, said Rexhep Memedi, deputy of the Besa Movement.
The first of the Parliament, Talat Xhaferi, refused to comment on the opposition's initiative.
The Alliance for Albanians and DUI, refusing to be promoted, allows their stance to be learned at tomorrow's session. The contents of the opposition initiative, signed by 41 MPs, mention no BPV growth, economic downturn, the impasse of reforms in the judiciary, as well as the government's non-transparent approach to negotiations with Greece. The initiative has also criticised the work of all current ministers.
MPs who have filed the motion have been correct in words more than once, while their rankings are being done on the basis of co-ordination with the head of the Assembly. The trust motion hearing should end by midnight, and its vote tomorrow. Trust is voted in a simple majority.
