Over the past 10 years, the Constitution has sometimes been challenged by the very leaders of institutions”, Limaj wrote on Facebook on the Government Day.
He found that institutions should be committed to realising specific goals with the Constitution.
“The engagement of Kosovo institutions should always be in the function of realising the stated goals in the Kosovo Constitution”, Limaj's post followed.
Today it has been ten years since Kosovo ratified its constitution.
