The commander of the Kosovo Security Force, Lieutenant General Xhaman Rama, has visited members of the KSF of the Rescue Research Unit in Water and Mountains, which are conducting research operations of two Kosovo Police members along the Lepenc River, on Elez's Kacanic- Hani axis.
In this case, KSF Commander General Rama has supported and encouraged KSF specialists, who with self-esteem and professionalism, are carrying out the task, under extraordinary circumstances, along with other teams involved in the operation by various institutions and agencies specialising in the water research field.
The MSF through a communiqué says that with the decision of Minister Rrustem Berisha and the order of the commander of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK), Lieutenant General Rundman Rama, the Water and Mountain Rescue Research Unit, continues to be engaged for the third day in the search operation of the incidents on the Lepenc River, on the Pristina- Skopje magistrate's route, precisely on the territory of the municipality of Hann Elez.
So far, KSF divers have been controlling hand-to-hand, five kilometers of river flow, as well as the entire slope of the mountain range of the accident on its entire surface, and that the search is still continuing, along with other institutional acts of the country. The Kosovo Security Force, the Civil Protection Task Force Rescue Research Unit, respectively, has been engaged in the operation at the scene of the incident on April 29th, at around 0100, with 11 members equipped with specialistic equipment, as well as two vehicles. The first operation was interrupted at night by the command of the incident and continued again on April 29th by 0900. With last day's operation resumed, the KSF has hired 14 members, while today on the third day, a total of 16 members of the Kosovo Security Force” are engaged in the operation, said the communique.
