National Council of Social Democrat Initiative Chairman Jakup Krasniqi has estimated that the fight against crime and corruption is not and there can be nothing to be praised as a measure and a willingness to assess the fight against criminal acts and corrupts or as rule of law.

Through a Facebook post, Krasniqi has written that accusations such as persecution or campaigning in a democratic society dare not happen.

Krasniqi's Facebook mailing:

No. AUCLESS TO CONSIDER AND FUSHATHA AJECTION!
Fighting crime and corruption is not and cannot be anything that should be assessed as a measure and a willingness to assess the fight against criminal or corrupt acts or as rule of law.
Why?
Throughout years of freedom and independence, the practice has shown there have been many accusations and few, very few confirmations of the charges raised. The last few days we have a big campaign in raising charges from the State Prosecutor, but the whole question is, how many charges will be verified by the judiciary. If a judiciary, if at least 70% of the charges filed, is not verified, then the prosecution has failed to argue its accusations.

A State Prosecutor who fails 60/70% of theages raised in the indictment, which means they are not confirmed by trials, that justice system is failed. So a prosecutor is successful when 60/70% of the charges are verified. In all countries where this phenomenon occurs, the state prosecution's professionalism and efficiency should urgently be revised.

In such cases it cannot be said that there was an investigator, but there has been persecution. Wherever that would be, the injured would have to be compensated. Otherwise, not a few times in our years of freedom and independence, we have seen - public links! Democracy as a system that protects human freedoms yesterday does not accept persecution or public registration. And in the end, the persecuted or the authorized have been declared innocent. But the moral damage done to those people has been great
Charges such as persecution or campaigning in a democratic society dare not happen.
