Four Kosovo Assembly MPs being investigated for corruption

Pristina Foundation Prosecutor's Chief Prosecutor, Imer Beka, in an interview for the newspaper “Zeri” has said four Kosovo Parliament deputies are currently being investigated for corruption. Beka has indicated that ministers, deputy ministers, mayors, but other senior state officials are also being investigated for corruption.
Imer Beka, chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Pristina, has said Kosovo courts are guilty of rejecting the charges filed by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, but also by other prosecutors across the country.
During an interview with the newspaper “Voice” he has not ruled out the possibility when certain persons have attempted to initiate investigations or even file charges for political motives.
Pristina's first prosecutor has indicated that four Kosovo Parliament deputies are being investigated for corruption, but that he has mentioned names with the reasoning that investigations could be damaged.
According to him, “below the prosecution's” as corruption suspects also has ministers, deputy ministers, mayors, etc.
