The return of ambassadors to Kosovo that have ended their mandate in diplomatic service has begun. Among them are ambassadors to Turkey, Slovenia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Britain, Macedonia and Bulgaria.
The signing of Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has prompted eight ambassadors to be released from the post through the relevant states where they represented the country.
Foreign Minister Jethlir Zyberaj has confirmed this for Insider.
Ambassadors who have been relieved of duty are Valdet Sadiku (Serbia); Edon Cana (France); Avni Spahiu (Turkey); Nexhami Rexhepi (Slovenia); Rexhep Boja (Tradian Arabia Kingdom); Freedom from Grevci (United Kingdom); Ylber Hysa (Macedonia) Shpend Kalaba (Bulgaria).
Kosovo has been building diplomatic service in most cases with diplomatic staff coming from political parties.
Even ambassadors who will return to Kosovo -- part of them -- have been ministers of current political parties in Kosovo.
Whether they will be replaced again by delegates from the ruling political parties is unknown.
The PDK, AKR and AAK when they built the government coalition, had also agreed on diplomatic positions along with the delivery of their people to public enterprises' boards in Kosovo.
The accused of the case “Proto”, Adam Grabovci, has stated that this government, as well as others, had agreements to bring their people into public positions.
