KMDLNJ reacts to prepaid for RTK

The Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms (KMDLNJ) has rejected any attempt that the prepaid for RTK is legalized through electricity bills, because it considers this form to be a robbery ordine, illegal and against human rights. According to this council, the Kosovo Assembly's pre-mature media commission cannot [...]
According to this council, the Kosovo Assembly's pre-mandmentary media commission cannot be regulatory or supervisor of RTK's work, because according to them, a part of this commission has open conflicts of interest and nepotistic reports.
The “is perfectly normal and fair for citizens to determine which information-media offer they support, and for that they pay monthly or annual payment. If RTK were decided to provide financial means through the obligation to pay back as an additional charge of electricity bills, this would present the violent introduction of RTK's hands into the citizen's pockets, it would be illegal, punishable and easily (Of course) to fall into the Constitutional Court”, it is said among other things in the media statement.
Communications without interference:
Because Kosovo Radio Television has not found a proper long-term way of funding in addition to the means shared by the Parliament of Kosovo , it has been considered the possibility that the necessary means to be obtained through monthly paybacks and that it would be realised by charging even more of the current bill which, for many citizens, has become unaffordable so long ago that citizens, for years have been looted paying off electricity for the northern Serbs so far, despite the pledges, have not been compensated.
Security of the budget through binding payment was implemented before the war in Kosovo, at the time when RTP was the only public broadcaster and there was no other opportunity for information except RTP's. Citizens have declared it KMDLNIs that loading them with preemptives for RTK financing is unfair and double, indirect and direct loading. The indirect way is through the Kosovo Budget (Kosovo citizens' tax) and direct, through prepaid, blowing up electricity bills, for RTK needs.
Citizens of Kosovo, in the information market, have the opportunity to determine for other options that, according to them, offer better programmes and what they pay off on monthly grounds. In the package of cable broadcasters' offers, for which services are paid, it's the possibility that RTK can be forwarded, for those with interest, so it's not fair, it's irrational, against consumer rights, as one of the human rights that citizens are forced to pay for payment. RTK, against their will.

RTK is not properly managed, there is a large population of employees mainly on political and nepotistic grounds where nonprofessionalism is absorption, so programs that are broadcast into this public media are not competitive with other television programs. RTK must be extracted from the 100% impact of policy, it should create space for professionals of different fields, as well as reduce the number of employees, in line with the real needs for this public medium. RTK should be a medium who will provide financial means by selling its products on the media market and not providing unnecessary tools for news purchases, information or movies that have surpassed the rationality of using that does not increase visibility or that make quality improvements in software. And they're at very high prices.
KMDLNj strongly opposes any attempts before payment RTK through the electricity bills is legalized because it considers this form to be a burglary, illegal and against human rights. The Kosovo Assembly's pre-mandmentary media commission cannot be regulatory, nor can it be an overseer of RTK's work because part of this commission has open conflict of interest and nepotistic reports.
RTK can only justify the demand for additional budgetary means if it increases the quality of the programmes, if it sets up a rule of employment, if it is professionalised and eventually released from political influence. Any attempt to extend life to such a situation will be to prolong information and programming agony that inevitably leads to legalizing nonprofessionalism, nepotism and corruption, active and passive
