This report lasted a period longer than before the last one was made in the fall of 2016, and in 2017 there was no report because it was decided to make reports in the spring, Koha Ditore writes today.
The European Commission is concerned about continuing to politicise public administration, lack of progress in environmental conservation issues, the unimproved state of the education system, increasing unemployment, widespread corruption.
More war on money laundering is required. The report warns of continuing threats and attacks on journalists and of the challenge posed for public finance benefits for war veterans.
