People's Party in Serbia (Narodna sttan) Vuk Jeremic, has declared today that Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq and Kosovo President Hashim Thaci have agreed to exchange territories, but that failed after foreign actors -- first of all, the US -- have announced that changes in borders are unacceptable even with consent.
Jeremic, in an interview for Belgrade's “Vreme”, has said that Vuciq and Thaci met on March 13th in Paris and then in the following week in New York, which was also preparation for their joint meeting with the Federation Moghrin on March 23rd in Brussels.
In Yerekqi's words, Vuciq has indicated readiness to sign the comprehensive agreement on normalising the relations of Serbia and Kosovo, which Kosovo would practically enable Kosovo to sit in the UN, but had estimated that in exchange it should earn something more, time broadcasts.
The last thing Vuciq had agreed to with Thaci, according to Jeremic, has been the insistence of Marko Djuric's arrest in northern Kosovo.
