In a response to his official profile, he has said that this expression is repeated very quickly by the head of government.
According to Deda, however, there's someone else who knows.
According to him, President Thaci is usurping government competencies by committing constitutional violations.

“doesn't know” what's going on in dialogue;
I don't know” how many deputy ministers I have in Government.
Until someone “does not know”, another Thaci is even well aware of the government's competencies and violates the Constitution.
