How did Haradinaj rebuke the EU: If you don't have the capacity to ask for help, we'll get you your own business.

Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has been harsh with Brussels as regards the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia.
Haradinaj at table “The scenarios of the Great Foundation between Kosovo and Serbia”, organised by the Research Institute for European and Development Affairs and the Group for Policy Research in the Balkans, said the dialogue was not closed even after two decades and that Brussels, if it does not have the capacity, should seek help and not that such processes dragged on for decades.
After my belief Washington's enormous energy to stop the war that existed has been transferred to Europeans. Europeans who are slow, have time and are divided have taken the process slowly. It has been two decades, and it has not closed the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, it is meaningless. Something more surprising that could happen, since we do not openly say that this situation is unacceptable for Kosovo. And if we don't tell the Europeans, if you're good, we're shutting it down. If you're not good at showing, we're walking our way. Or we are inviting who is able to help us to do so. Kosovo should be open, with the market what the problem is. Why have two decades been done in the Balkans and Europe, things have remained so, how they have remained. To my conviction, we don't have to get here, nor do we have to worry about being told very openly if you don't have the capacity to ask for help. If official Brussels does not have the capacity to close this topic, let it seek help. Or I'll still beg for help, let him tell us what to do, and we'll go our way, as we've gone to the past, we have our jobs. For as many months as I am in the government, I see, so I feel, that Brussels' energy doesn't match the remaining open issue, between Kosovo and Serbia, and I have to change something in this” math, he said.
Haradinaj also spoke of the energy deal, which he said is where the weakness of official Brussels is seen.
For example, the energy deal is seen as Brussels' weakness. Official Brussels allows me to take full legal action in the north about Kosovo, in investments in the broadcast, and that it has a power to tell Belgrade that it is fair to make such an act. We waste time, we act, we're wandering, we work in the end must go for money, from the budget don't allow me to degrade the situation further. Now I've asked the EU for 4 million. That's the pressure we put on the table will delay. Don't be willing to take the role, doesn't mean it stops Kosovo”, he said.
And Kosovo President Hashim Thaci said the time has come for the big political and historical agreement between Kosovo and Serbia.
“in Kosovo politics and society, we still have a broad reconciliation that has to be done unfinished jobs in our reports with Serbia and that the legally binding agreement must be reached for normalising relations between the two states. The closure of political dialogue with Serbia, with the legally binding agreement, is the national interest of Kosovo, which does not recognise government and opposition lines. In this process we must be united to close this serious and tragic historical chapter. To pave the way for Kosovo to be an equal state to all other states in the UN, the EU and NATO. There is no such thing as Status Quo, or some sort of frozen situation in reports between Kosovo and Serbia. In the past two years, we have had the deterioration and not improvement of reports between Kosovo and Serbia in the absence of an epilogue to Brussels”, he said.
And VV leader Albin Kurti that Kosovo's priority is the union of Mitrovica, which should not be changed to seating in the United Nations Organisation. While he said it is wrong to criticise Brussels rather than reject Serbia.
Whatever dialogue in the future is successful, we need to understand simply what Serbia wants. It is wrong if we much more criticise Brussels than we oppose Serbia. The priorities for the Republic of Kosovo should be the union of Mitrovica, forgive me, but not the seat at the UN. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against the seating in the UN, but we can't replace the union of Mitrovica with seats at the UN”, he said.
US Ambassador Greg Delaway said 2018 should be the year when progress should be made in dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.

The “Dialog between Kosovo and Serbia has brought real benefits to Kosovo. Integration, we had justice system and we had police integration in the north. At the customs collection in the north. We've had obvious benefits in recent years. I think there is no alternative to negotiating and compromise. I'm glad I saw the internal announcement of the establishment of association of Serb majority municipalities. This is an important step on the part of Kosovo for fulfilling the obligations taken. The US supports the aspirations of Kosovo and Serbia to join Europe. I think 2018 is the year we have to make progress in dialogue”, he said.
Otherwise, the process of dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia has started after the UN General Assembly Resolution, which welcomed the UN's advisory opinion of Kosovo's declaration of independence and welcomed the EU's readiness to facilitate Kosovo-Serbia dialogue.
Since the start of the dialogue process between Kosovo and Serbia on March 8, 2011, its approach has changed from what was originally called technical dialogue, in the so-called political dialogue or dialogue on normalising relations, which officially began on October 19, 2012.
