Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj has honoured Kosovo's “Golden Map”, Belgrade humanitarian rights fund director Natasa Persecuted.

It has been persecuted by the executive director of the Centre for Humanitarian Law in Belgrade, a human rights organisation that is praised for its systematic and impartial investigations into human rights abuses.
Since the beginning of Yugoslav wars in the early 1990s, it has documented and protested war crimes committed between 1991 and 1999, including torture, rape and murder.
