Greece's Foreign Minister, Nikos Kotzias, has blamed Turkey's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for the escalation of tensions recently between the two countries.
In an interview for the German newspaper Spiegel, Kotzias said the Turkish leader has entered a stage of nervousness, accusing him of arrogance, thinking he can do whatever he wants in the region.
He said there are no issues on changing borders between Turkey, because the rule of international law exists, Ekathmerini writes.
Relations between Athens and Ankara have been strained the most since the imprisonment of two Greek soldiers in Turkey and the flight to Greece of 8 Turkish soldiers after the coup in 2016.
Unlike the harsh language of Defence Minister Panos Kammenos, Kotzias said Greece must remain calm.
He added that Turkey's behaviour has changed since the failed coup attempt to overthrow Erdogan in 2016.
