The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment following the publication of “Chiefs File”, where the majority of Kosovo Democratic Party officials are involved. Former Parliament President Adem Grabovci, who was a protagonist of wiretapping published in the media, has talked about this act of justice organs.

By contrast, in the case “Pronto” are charged with eleven persons with top official positions: former deputy Ademi Grabovci, current minister Besim Beqaj, current deputy Zenun Pajaziti, two former Secretary General Ilham Gashi and J.D., former Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Shudda, political adviser at MPB Sadat Gashi, former Public Company Board Director “Radoconi-Dukani” in Gjakovova, former director of the public company Hidro-Defi at the R. The former company's head of office, Prizren, Turkey's Chief Minister for Defence and Minister for Defence in Pajazinia.
The accused are accused of committing the criminal act violating the equal status of the citizens and residents of the Republic of Kosovo in co-ordination, from Article 193 paragraph 4 concerning KPRK paragraph 1, regarding KPRK's Article 31, of which some of the works have remained attempted.
According to the indictment, the defendants have misused their official positions by co-operating among themselves in granting privileges and illegal priorities to those who have competed in important positions, such as directors for central public companies, chief executive of the Agency for the Internal Affairs, head of the Agency for Medical Products and Co-ordinator of the Civil Record Centre in the Cline, denying and restricting the freedoms and rights of other candidates, guaranteed by law.
