After the end of today's debate at the extraordinary session of the Kosovo Parliament, where it was debated over the Progress Report, Vetevendosje Movement MP Victory Pacolli has presented recommendations drawn up by LVV and LDK, but that were not put to the polls due to the lack of quorum of MPs.
These are the recommendations:
Let's start an internal dialogue to start a state strategy, for the path we need to pursue towards European integration.
The government in 30 days must forward an action plan to address the findings in the country's report.
Urgent steps in depoliticising public administration, starting with boards of public enterprises and agencies.
In line with the chapters criteria -- 23 and 24, the draft action plan for rule of law and strengthening rule of law -- as well as the implementation of legislation with the adoption of antimafy laws and the seizure of illegal property.
Establishment of new jobs through direct investments in the development of local producers, followed by the adoption and implementation of the law on the protection of local products, to influence lower unemployment in the country.
The government is obliged to make health insurance for all citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.
Investments in opening needed nests through municipalities and investments in professional schools, and their association with local and international market needs.
Have an action plan for establishing good reports with the five EU states, which have not recognised Kosovo.
Action plan for deepening bilateral reports with all EU states, which have recognised Kosovo.
Cleaning up lists from persons who have made false statements, unjustly gaining this status as well as completing the law on KLA war veterans.

The recommendations were not put to the polls, due to the lack of deputies in the session, while it was decided that these recommendations will be voted into the next session.
