Termins related to visa procedures aimed at starting employment in the German state according to the Rule for the Western Balkans are spending over a year waiting at the German Embassy in Pristina.
“notations concerning waiting times for the term, the German Embassy in Pristina publishes them on its website. The German Embassy last year has obviously increased its capacity for visa processing, but visa demand further exceeds capacity, so waiting times are inevitable”, said their response.
At the same time, details of visa types and waiting time are provided on its website. It says that if you present today the request for the term, you have to calculate as predicted by these waiting times:
Schengen Visit 6 months
App for EU/Centiation/Cursive Blue Card/Studies in Germany 3 months
I came with the aim of starting employment according to the Western Balkans Rule more than a year
A visit to family reunion for 10 months
Seasonal employment visit for students is 5 months.
Meanwhile, concern remains a slow review of the embassy's job visa requirements, due to the lack of capacity they say.
The embassy these days considers May 2017 apps.
More than 12 months of waiting for a working visa response from the German Embassy, the applicants themselves, because they think firms or businesses as guarantor parties in this case are not able to wait over a year to get a worker from Kosovo.
