The platform for registering public property, “-Pasria”, has failed to function fully from the Ministry of Public Administration, which is responsible for its management, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
The National Auditing Office report finds that the project, costing the state budget over 1m euros, has internal defects and is not being fully exploited by budgetary organisations, while the latter are obliged to use the app for full and precise property registration.
“The Ministry of Public Administration, the Information Society Agency, respectively, has not provided adequate functionality for the actual operation of the “-Pasria” app. Although about one million euros have been invested by the Government for Development and Preservation of the app, the main goal of creating a unified central base for effective management of public wealth has not been reached”, the ZKA report noted.
