Fugitive Jabir Zharku PDK after a week can return free to Kosovo

There are only a few days left and the former head of the Kachanik municipality, Jabir Zharku, could come and drink free coffee in Kosovo without fear of being arrested by authorities and end up in prison. On 21 April 2011, the District Court in Pristina had pronounced Jabir Zarko guilty of committing criminal acts “of imposing” and “of illegal possession of weapons”. He had been sentenced to three years in prison and had been fined 1,500 euros. The issue involved a 2006 case when it was privatised by is h - AKM a sheep farm in the village of Rakaj, Ferizaj.
